Today, Novem launched its new website and Resources Center, giving owners, operators, and insurers one place to learn how predictable building risk protects people, cash flow, and capital. Most building risk stays invisible until it becomes a claim, an emergency repair, or a disruption for the residents, staff, and tenants inside. The site also introduces Estimate Your Savings. Owners share details about their portfolio, and a Novem specialist returns a reviewed, directional estimate of what Novem could save them in carried risk, typically within one business day.
